Yes. We verify the length of time of employment with the sponsoring company, earnings in home country, as well as, U.S. income and we obtain current contact address in home country and/or the U.S. Therefore, when applying for this card, please provide related information from your home country. Please note, not all requests for credit will be approved.
It takes approximately one month. Upon approval, you will receive your card along with card member agreement explaining the features, benefits, and details pertaining to the use of your card.
Yes you can. However, we may request substitute documents such as a copy of your passport or visa, or address verification. You can still apply even if you are not able to obtain a Social Security Number due to your visa status.
Neither company name nor department name will print on the card envelope. A card can be sent to your work address if you are able to receive it without these identifiers.
No. The cardholder must be a U.S. resident.

How to Use Card

A cash advance fee will be the greater of $15.00 or 5% of the transaction. For additional information about Annual Percentage Rates (APRs), fees, and costs, see the Summary of Credit Terms.
Your card is blocked automatically if you press the wrong PIN three times. Please contact customer service to unblock your card. If you forgot your PIN, please set up your new PIN on online account or the automated system (1-855-578-8703).
You can use your card at any MasterCard merchants all over the world without a foreign transaction fee*. Please note that the issuing bank monitors your transactions and may block your card for security purposes. Some merchants do not accept cards issued outside their country. If you plan to use your card outside of the U.S., please contact customer service to inform your travel destination and schedule prior to travelling.

If you register your social security number at the time of application or register to your account once you receive a social security card, your credit card usage will be reported to the Credit Bureaus so that you can build a U.S. credit history.

Billing & Payment

You may make a payment before the closing date. Your available credit will reflect once the payment is posted. Click here to make an online payment.
It takes approximately 4-5 bsiness days to post if you mailed your payment. Please contact customer service if your payment has not been processed after 10 business days.
Every account has a different statement closing date. Your statement is mailed out the following business day after the statement closing date. Please contact customer service to inquire about your closing date. You can check your statements your online account as well.
The Minimum payment Due is the minimum amount you need to pay by the end of the due date. If you do not pay this amount by the due date, your account status will be marked as "Past Due" and a Late Fee up to $39 will be charged to your account.Please see the Summary of Credit Terms for important information on rates, fees, costs, conditions and limitations.
There may be authorized transactions which have not been posted yet. The amount will be deducted from your available credit.

The maximum amount payable is equal to your current balance.
Payments are posted to your account on the same day if you submit before 5:00 pm Central Time. If a payment is submitted after 5:00 pm Central Time or during weekends or holidays, it will be posted on the following business day. The actual deduction from your bank account takes approximately 2 to 4 business days.
The bank account information you registered may be wrong or the payment was not processed due to insufficient fund. Please contact customer service for further assistance.
You can cancel a payment by 5:00 pm Central Time.
Yes you can make a payment online after closing your account.
