Interest Charge

An interest charge will be applied to the average daily balance of your purchase, cash advances, and any promotional balance. If your payment is late, or not for the entire balance due, the accrued finance charges will be billed on your next statement. Finance charges are not penalties, but are interest on the funds paid on your behalf for merchandise or services received s that you have agreed to pay for at a later date.

Foreign Transaction Fee

A foreign transaction fee will be applied to all transactions made outside of the U.S. in currencies other than US dollars with a foreign marchant. After converting to US dollars, 3% of each transaction will be added and will be listed as interest charge on your card statement.

Late Fee

A late fee is imposed when your payment is received after the due date, or when you make a payment less than the minimum amount.

Late payment will also increase your interest rate. Please refer Cardmember Agreement for details.

Dishonored Fee

When payments are unable to be processed due to insufficient funds or bank account information error, a dishonored fee will be imposed. Please be sure to have a sufficient balance in your checking account before making payments. Also, when making payments online, be sure to enter the correct routing and account numbers to avoid the fees.

Payment Options

Auto Pay

Auto Pay is an easy way to pay your monthly credit card bill - automatically through your checking account. Every month, on the payment due date shown on your credit card billing statement, your payment will be transferred from your chosen checking account to pay your credit card bill. If the due date falls on a weekend or bank holiday, your transfer will take place the next business day. To sign up, download the enrollment form and send it to us with a voided check * from your checking account to the below address or fax number. A message on your monthly statement will notify you when your automatic payments will begin. You should continue to make payments by other payment options until this message appears.

Online payment

Another payment method we recommend is our fast and convenient online payment system. No need to write a check, you save postage, and you don't have to worry about your payment being late or lost in the mail.

Payment by check

For payment via checks, please enclose your check and the upper portion of the statement below the dotted line in the return envelope sent with your monthly statement. Please make the check payable to Premio Card and be sure to write your card account number on the check. We recommend you sending your payment at least five business days prior to the payment due date.

Disputing Charges

First, please contact the merchant and try to resolve the issue. You may be able to find the phone number of the merchant in the "description" column on your statement.
You may also call customer service to have the type of merchant be identified. However, no detailed description of the transaction is available via this inquiry method. If you still think the transaction was in error, please go to step "3."

* You may deduct the amount being disputed from your payment. However, we recommend that you pay in full to avoid the accumulation of finance charges that you will be responsible for, if the disputed items turn out to be your own. Please make sure to follow up the case at your own responsibility. Failure to respond to the inquiries from cardmember services may result in accepting the changes.
