Prestige International USA, Inc. is subsidiary company of Prestige International Inc.(Headquarters: Tokyo, Japan). Prestige International provides outsourced Japanese and other multilingual call center solutions, ranging from global customer service and help desks, to concierge services, roadside assistance, insurance claims processing, and credit card management services.

Established in California in 1989, Prestige International USA, Inc. part of the global network of offices and facilities of Prestige International Inc. which spans 13 countries and 16 locations. As part of this global network, Prestige International USA, Inc. provides clients and consumers with a trusted source of call center and other services 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

Business Segments

The Overseas Insurance Assistance division provides emergency assistance and claims adjudication services to Japanese travelers and residents holding overseas insurance policies.
The Healthcare division administers a comprehensive medical and dental program for Japanese expatriates. The program is designed to mirror the benefits available through the Japanese National Health Insurance program.
The Card division manages several credit card programs.
The Premio division offers a variety of consumer products and services to the Japanese expatriate community in the U.S. and Canada including, auto insurance, and a full service auto club.
The Global Contact Center Services (GCC) division provides multilingual business process outsourcing (BPO) and other contact center services to leading companies seeking to outsource components of their operations and/or customer relationship to a trusted, high quality third party.
