If you do not have a social security number, activation is available only over the phone; after dialing 1-800-552-4906, from the main menu press "0" to speak with the operator. |

1. call 1 - 800 - 552 - 4906 and follow these prompts: |

2. Choose language (Japanese or English) |

3. Press "1" from the main menu |

4. follow the verbal guidance and provide data when prompted |
