Premio card offers 30-minute complimentary Japanese interpreting service every month to card members. Simply contact the customer service (1-800-322-6260) with all your necessary information. Please understand that this service cannot be used for
interpretation which involves any type of negotiations, bargaining, specialized knowledge or technical terms.
After the first 30 minutes, $1/min. will be charged to your Premio Card account.
*This is an optional service ($8/month) for JAL Family Club/Premio Card members.

How to Apply

You can apply for the Premio Card through our online application page, or by sending us a completed application form. Please contact our customer service via webmail or by phone to request a form.

Application Process

Normally, after you apply for Premio Card, it takes about 4-6 weeks until you receive your card in the mail. There are several steps until the application process is complete. Please be reminded that for security purposes, we only send out credit cards once we know that applicants have arrived in the U.S.

The issuer of this credit card reserves the right to change the account terms should your credit profile change or for other reasons stated in the Summary of Credit Terms. All changes in terms will be subject to the requirements of applicable law. *
